Heated Hoses are designed to be used in a variety of industrial applications, for example, as fire-extinguishing lines for tanker vessel, feeding liquid, viscous product to on-line or robot work stations, sampling gas line applied in hot gas analysis of process gases. Owing to its resistance to high temperature, pressure and aggressive material, it enables the hose to substances to transfer within a factory plant where the use of fixed lines with constant temperature control is impossible.

 

 

  

     
 

THE HOTROD - Chemical Heaters
 

The Hotrod® heating elements are ceramic filled incoloy tubes contained within an outer sheath of stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316 or titanium. Stainless Steel or Incoloy heating elements in Teflon clipping and quartz glass. Special dimension with any length, and with different hot and cold zones are available to suit any application aside from the standard.
